General Guidelines and Terms of Service:

Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Neat references, no watermark, no text wall, naked references for NSFW art.
If I draw the character wrong forn your reference you will not be granted free changes. (Example: Traditional/digital commission colors not included or the colors are wrong)

Must be 18+ to order NSFW
No NSFW of young-looking characters, underaged, official characters and ferals.

I will not mimic other artist styles.

Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH, or Adoptable deviation.

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to refuse service to you

Do not use my sketches to be auto filled in by ai.

Payments and Refunds:
All commissions must be fully paid upfront.
The currency accepted is DeviantArt points and euros: 100 points = 1 euro, steam gift cards,
and amazon wishlist items
Payments are to be paid within 24 hours unless your going through a hardship.

Payment plans are available for packages of €50+.
Refunds can be requested at any time
Refunds during the creation process will be calculated when the commission is complete.
Refunds wil not be giving whit wrong reffernce send (wrong colours, not good seeing/low quailty markings, watermark covering markings)

Creation process and Deadlines:
Work in progress will only be given only when the commissioner personally asks.
This applies only to commissions that exceed €10/1000 points.
Commissions can take up to 2 months depending on factors like health, complexity, work, school, and family issues. Real-life complications.

Image rights:
I as the artist retain all rights to created artwork, I reserve the right to repost, and sell created art in the form of both digital or physical (no profits are made if you own the character)
Do not steal my art or claim that it's your own. Give me credit if reposted.
Clients may repost watermarked art as long as I am credited and no profit is being made.
